Corona virus policy

As an online shop I have decided to stay open whilst I shield myself and my son and daughter from the virus. 

Due to the current pandemic all shipping times are delayed by the excess strain on Royal Mail. I have an arrangement with my post office to minimise contact with any other customers so I now ship twice weekly. I am only shipping within the UK.

I am taking extra hand washing precautions and wearing gloves and a mask whilst packing orders so that you can use the yarn without fear of contamination from the inside of the package. Obviously the outside of the package will need to be treated as a having a contamination risk as I have no control over who touches it once It has been shipped.

I'd like to thank you for continuing to support my small business and helping my family to get through financially. I wish you and your families well and hope that as many of us as possible make it through this tough time.
